Follow this process to ensure that your invoice gets paid swiftly

Getting paid for your work is essential, and we're here to help you get paid as quickly and easily as possible. Here's how it works:

1. Contact your key account manager and copy in info@restlessstories.com. Each invoice must be first approved by your account manager before it is processed.

2. Remember to always attach your invoice to your email to speed up the process and reduce time spent finding documents.

3. Make sure your invoice contains your bank details, including international ones (IBAN & SWIFT codes).

4. If you request international payment via a specific platform, such as Payoneer, Paypal or Wise, please include it in the invoice and the email requesting payment

We are committed to pay small businesses (fewer than 50 employees) and freelancers within 30 days and large businesses within 60 days.

Contact your account manager 10 days before the end of your invoice's term if you haven't received payment yet.

We are proud to be a part of the Prompt Payment Code - administered by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade - which sets the following rules:

• Pay suppliers on time
• Give clear guidance to suppliers
• Encourage good practice
• Pay 95% of all invoices within 60 days
• Pay 95% of all invoices within 30 days where the supplier is a small business with fewer than 50 employees
• Avoid any practices that have an adverse effect on the supply chain
